In addition, the firm’s attorneys advise carriers on structuring reinsurance arrangements with non-admitted reinsurers to ensure captive and commercial insurers can take credit for such reinsurance on their regulatory financial statements, and advise insureds on self-procurement from non-admitted carriers.
